Assist the facilitator with handing out materials and answering simple questions
Join in with activities where needed to keep the vibe supportive and fun
Tidy up afterwards and make sure the venue is left neat and tidy ✨
Be a friendly presence, helping attendees feel comfortable and cared for
Requirements
Reliable and happy to attend the full duration of a workshop (including set-up and tidy-up time)
Organised, helpful, and proactive
Interest in crafts (you don’t need to be an expert, just enthusiastic!)
Comfortable working as part of a team
What You’ll Gain
Free GCC Membership including discounts in and around Edinburgh
Behind-the-scenes experience in creative event delivery
New skills in teamwork, event support, and workshop facilitation
The joy of being part of a fun, creative community of women 🌷
Time Commitment
Workshops usually run for 2–3 hours, with some extra time before and after for set-up and clear-down.
