Where are you based?

We're based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and currently run events across the city as well as around the Musselburgh area. For now, that's our main focus — but our goal is to eventually take Girls Craft Club beyond Edinburgh, making creative connection and community more accessible to girls in even more places!

Who is the club for?

At Girls Craft Club, all women are welcome — no ifs, no buts. We don’t do limits. Age? Background? Religion? Relationship status? Neurodivergent? Trans? Speak five languages or just one? You’re in.

We believe in creating a cosy little corner of the world where women can show up just as they are — to craft, connect, and feel part of something special. Whether you're escaping your 9–5, on the hunt for new besties, or just need a little girl gang energy in your week — we see you. We got you. And we can't wait to meet you.

I don’t have craft skills - can I attend?

Absolutely! We know everyone’s got different skill levels, and that’s totally okay — all of our events are designed to be beginner-friendly, supportive, and most of all, fun. We’re here to learn new crafts together, share tips, cheer each other on, and maybe even discover a new hobby (or obsession) along the way. Let’s get making, together!

I am really good in a specific craft or skill, can I take part?

We’re always on the lookout for lovely girls with creative skills to share! Whether you’ve got a crafty talent, a passion project, or an idea for a fun event — we’d love to hear from you. Sharing really is caring, and we believe the best inspiration comes from within our own community. If you (or someone amazing you know) would be up for hosting or teaching, pop us a message!

What can I expect at an event?

Our events are all about cosy vibes and meaningful moments. You can expect smaller, more focused groups so there’s plenty of space to chat, connect, and really get stuck into the craft. We’re all about quality over quantity (unless we’re talking beads… then there are never too much! ). We want every event to feel relaxed, well-guided, and never overwhelming — just the right mix of creativity and connection.

How can I book a ticket? Are any events free?

You can book your spot through the links on our website or via the link in our Instagram bio. We offer a mix of free and paid events, and we always aim to keep things affordable and accessible for everyone.

Even if an event is free, we kindly ask that you still reserve your space — this helps us plan properly and make sure there's enough room for everyone attending!

Can I bring a friend or family?

Bring your bestie, your sister, your flatmate — the more, the merrier! We totally get how lovely it is to share these moments with someone you already know. Everyone’s welcome, so feel free to come solo or roll in with your whole girl gang!
