Then we will split into small groups to explore the many gorgeous local charity shops in the area — take your time, browse at your own pace, and hunt for hidden gems. Tote Bag Designing & Printing Workshop
with Jessica from Blooming Creative

Come join us on Wednesday 25th February, 6:00pm – 9:00pm for a relaxed and creative evening of tote bag designing and printing ✨

Start by sketching your idea using our provided markers and paper. Once you’re happy, we’ll photograph your design and prepare it for printing onto your tote bag. Not feeling like a freehand artist? No stress at all — you can choose from a selection of pre-made designs, including some festive options, or simply personalise your bag with your name or a word you love for a chic, minimal finish.

This is a leisure-based workshop, so there’s no rush. Sip your wine, chat with the girls, and print your tote at your own pace throughout the evening 🍷💬

You’ll be using sublimation printing, a magical process where special inks are transferred onto fabric using heat. The result? A vibrant, permanent design that won’t crack, peel, or fade — your tote will be just as durable as it is cute 💖

FILM BASICS WITH CARA✨📸

Slow down, get curious, and fall in love with film.

Join us for a beautifully gentle introduction to film photography, perfect for girls who want to get hands-on and try something a little bit magical 📸 This workshop is all about slowing down, noticing the details, and learning the foundations of capturing moments on film.

Led by Cara, a professional photographer who specialises in film, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the basics. Cara will start with a relaxed introduction at BOOKS N’ CUP in Stockbridge before we head out on a guided walk, with creative prompts to help you see your surroundings in a whole new way.

What you’ll learn

• How to load and use a film camera

• The basics of composing a photograph

• How to work with natural light

• How to shoot with intention (and confidence!)

Each girl will have the chance to take her own photographs on film. Because film is a slower, more thoughtful process, your developed photos will be sent to you around 10 days after the workshop ✨ (the anticipation is part of the fun!).

We'll be getting creative in the private room at The Volley, where you can sip, snack, and craft to your heart's content.

We’ll be settling in with coffee, good vibes, and lots of gentle craft body-doubling — sitting together, creating side-by-side, chatting when you feel like it, and enjoying the motivation that comes from being around other creative girls doing their thing.

Charity Shop & Coffee Meet-Up in Stockbridge ☕🛍️

Join us for a feel-good, girls-only afternoon of slow shopping, connection and coffee in the charming streets of Stockbridge! We just LOVE these meet ups so much, it’s a monthly event!

We’ll start by meeting up at he entrance of JUBILEE GARDENS (where the Sunday local stalls and market is) and have a browse of the local stalls and food markets - possibly grab a bite to eat. Then we will split into small groups to explore the many gorgeous local charity shops in the area — take your time, browse at your own pace, and hunt for hidden gems. Then, we’ll regroup at a Singh Street Cafe to compare finds, chat, and enjoy a relaxed cuppa together!

Always wanted to learn how to knit but didn’t know where to start? This cosy, beginner-friendly evening is the perfect place to dip your toes (and needles) into knitting 💕 In a relaxed and supportive setting, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the absolute basics, with plenty of time to practice, ask questions, and get comfy with your new skills.

All materials are included, so you can simply show up and enjoy the process — and even better, you’ll take home your very own knitting needles to keep the creativity going long after the night ends 🥹✨

You’ll cover the essentials:

🧶 Purl stitch

We will be on hand with 1:1 support throughout. With a small, intimate group of girls, this workshop creates the perfect space to learn, connect, and set the groundwork for exploring new designs and future projects.

🎨 Pottery Painting With Doodles Ceramics
Date: Wednesday 4th Feb

Join us for a relaxed and creative evening of pottery painting at the charming Doodles Ceramics studio in Marchmont!

You’ll get to choose from a wide range of ceramic pieces – from plates, mugs, tree decorations, coasters and door numbers to figurines and trinket boxes - Doodles even have imperfect and affordable £10 hand thrown pieces. Whether you’re going bold, minimalist, or totally freestyle, this is your time to get creative and paint something totally you.

🎨 All paints, tools and guidance are provided
