🌸 Volunteer Role: Creative Workshop Leader
About the Role
Do you love sharing your craft with others? We’re looking for passionate makers to lead workshops at Girls Craft Club! As a Creative Workshop Leader, you’ll design and deliver fun, beginner-friendly sessions that inspire women to learn new skills and enjoy the joy of making together.
We’re especially looking for leaders in:
🧶 Knitting
🪡 Embroidery
🧵 Sewing
🌿 Floristry
📿 Jewellery Making
🪢 Macramé
🌸 Resin Crafts
🎨 Printing (linocut, block, screen etc.)
What You’ll Do
Plan and run engaging, beginner-friendly craft workshops
Teach techniques in a relaxed, easy-to-follow way
Support participants with their projects during the session
Create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable
Requirements
Confident and skilled in your chosen craft area
Experience teaching or guiding groups is a bonus (but not essential—we’ll support you!)
Organised and able to prepare the necessary materials in advance
Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about sharing your creativity

Time Commitment
Workshops usually run for 2–3 hours, with some extra time for set-up and clear-down. Sessions can be one-off or part of a series depending on your availability.
